What we collect on this website

This page covers e-qms.io. It does not cover the eQMS system as operated inside a client's branch. That is governed by the agreement with that organisation, which is the personal information controller for its own queue data.

The demo form

When you ask for demo access we collect your name, work email, organisation, sector and optionally the number of counters at your branch. We use it to send you the link and to follow up once about whether eQMS is a fit. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or add you to a list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Two years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Write to hello@e-qms.io and we will respond within the period the Act requires.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, this page will say what and why before it goes live.

Hosting

The site is served by a third-party static host, which processes standard web-server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
